heres the rules i use for Bankroll Management and these r max % use even less if u are running bad/playing bad
Cash/Ring game:10-20 buy ins
SNG 1 table:50-100 buy ins
MTT : 100-150 buy ins
I play mainly S&G’s so my bankroll goes as follows. My bankroll is always 44x higher than the buy-in. So I’d be playing $1 S&Gs if I had $44 (where I started), $2 if I had $88, etc. Currently I’m at $10 buy-ins. Been stuck here for awhile but I need a couple hundred more $20 buy-ins.
Bankroll is extremely important. I learned that when I made my first $100 deposit and lost it in one weekend. I stongly suggest this banroll management for anyone else out there who plays S&Gs.
I doubt YOU need it. But for the rest of us, it’s pretty much impossible to tilt playing a bankroll this tight. I don’t lose sleep over bad swings anymore. Just because I know I’ll never go broke.
Dude, stop saying suited cards are sexy. I’m becoming suspicious now! First you play all this online poker, then your mouse clicking hand gets mysteriously injured? These soooted cards are bad mojo. What a float with the AQ. You’ve got balls to shove with that board, and he was stupid to call it! I have alot to learn.
