   final trick is easy, 5 of clubs is a different card. all the other cards have their number in all 4 corners, but this one hasn’t. (at 4:40 you see it closely)

   he said that the 4 cards on the table were from when he was 16 and that he kept them for good luck.. the 5th card is from a new deck.. she took a card from a new deck because then she cant see if there r any cards missing and she can choose from any card…

   i think he just does subliminal signals so make her choose that card

   That was the only bit that made total sense to me actually - almost everyone will say either 17 or 35 - these are the two most seemingly “random” figures with two odd numbers, so almost anyone will choose one or the other. 35+17 = 52, so Derren will almost certainly have the correct amount of cards either in the pile he cuts or in the remainder. Sneaky Fucker.

   You need to give Mr. Brown more credit. Based on his past demonstrations just because he put 17 cards on the table doesnt mean there was 17 cards in that cut. He is probably very skilled at using card slieght of hand to make cards disappear. It is certainly a prerequisite to some of the other tricks he does. So there is people sense in getting close to what they will say, and then there is using fast hands to adjust the stack as he flips them over.

   lol yea he is a sneaky fucker like that, i cant believe for a while i believed the memory tick he did where he riffles thru the deck. Good find, i just though that most peopl would choose 17, david blaine did a similar trick but well done.

   Btw all the stories that he says are bull, he just says it to give it more emotional value and a reason for it.
