Tired of paying $6 for a protein shake at the gym? Do protein shakes made from a packet of chemicals concern you? Try this great recipe for a 100% natural, delicious, nonfat, shake that can be used when you are short on time but want something nutritious!
1 cup nonfat milk/water/OJ/or soy milk
1 scoop (20g) isolated whey protein
1 frozen banana
First put in milk and protein powder
Add broken up frozen banana
Immediately start blending
Continue to blend at max speed for about 60 seconds until nice and creamy

1Actually, any frozen fruit would work in these shakes. Bananas are the least expensive where we are but it is possible that other fruits in season would be even less expensive. Strawberries would be really good too.

2Remember, protein shakes do not have any magical muscle building properties! You need small doses of protein 5-6 times a day and protein shakes make that more convenient. You can have a protein shake after working out or a small, well-balanced meal - it makes no difference.

6if anyone in the UK wants cheap whey theres a way of getting 10lb (about 4.5kg) for £23 (unflavored but tastes good) from myprotein dot co dot uk use the price matcher, for in depth info on this go to the muscletalk dot co dot uk forums in supplements, should tell you the link to put in the price matcher there, good stuff.

7the ON 100% whey protein it costs like 20-45 usd think depends the size of the botle plus banas here in my country cost like .20 uds plus the electricity that you wate shaking it, jaaj am jk,, nice vid i do the same with the same brand of whey protein shake but with the chocolate one..

8I’ve started doing chest press, chest incline, curls, triceps, lat pulldown and shoulder press. I also do Thai Boxing and MMA on alternate days. Would this make a good post-workout drink? I usually try to have beef, turkey or chicken in my sandwich at lunch. What else can you eat for protein during the day, nuts?

9you can find 100% whey protein at your local GNC or Vitamin World…etc.

10yea well if you counted each shake you made each one would cost about .60 cents
