I’m not sure what it is, it could be north american or puerto rican salsa. But it ain’t casino. Casino is a style of dancing from cuba. To really understanding what it is you need to watch a cuban dance it. However some of the characteristics of casino are stepping(instead of sliding) footwork, circular (intead of linear)movement between partners and generally no fast (double-time) turns
You gotta keep in mind this is a performance. And casino is more of a street dance. What this people did here was mix both styles. They kept the line, and added the “double-timed” spins to impress the audience but you can’t argue that all the turn patterns, and they way they are performed are pure casino. And what about the rueda?!! While it ain’t pure casino, most of the rutine is based on casino style patterns.
Why does it matter so much to you that you call this dancing casino? If you like the style of dancing (in the video) then just say that you like that style. What is to be gained for calling it casino when most people who have a good understanding of what casino is say thats its not casino?
